  “Fuck you, David.”

Benoit grabbed Sebastian’s arm. “Yeah, maybe you’ll get your chance.”

Sebastian jerked his arm away from Benoit and without meaning to, pushed Benoit against the wall. Benoit pushed Sebastian back, and Sebastian fell on his tailbone on the step behind him. “Asshole!” hissed Sebastian.

Benoit laughed. “Here, let me help you up.” Benoit grabbed Sebastian’s arm and hoisted him up. Sebastian then attempted to move past him, but Benoit pushed him against the glass wall and pressed his lips hard on Sebastian. Sebastian pushed him away.

  “What the fuck?”

“Come on, I know you want it.” Benoit grabbed Sebastian’s shirt and tried to push him against the wall again.

Without thinking, Sebastian’s right hand instinctively shot out, swung, and connected.

Caleb untied his tie, glad to be home. He enjoyed hanging out with Wendell and even flirty Tom. Caleb removed his shirt and pants along on the way to the bedroom until he found Sebastian, laying in bed. Caleb bent down, removed his socks, and proceeded by removing his underwear. Caleb lifted the sheet off Sebastian, then climbed in, straddling Sebastian’s buttocks, his legs on the sides of Sebastian’s hips. He slid his dick back and forth between Sebastian’s cheeks. “You’re not asleep are you?”

“No. I tried to take a nap, but couldn’t.” Sebastian laughed as Caleb moved forward, and stuck his tongue in Sebastian’s ear, Caleb’s chest now pressing firmly against Sebastian’s back. “You smell like you’ve been drinking.”

  “That bad?”

“No, but I can tell you’ve had a few beers.”

“All right, I’ll go brush and gargle. Just stay right there.” Caleb sat up and ground his cock some more between Sebastian’s butt.

“No, don’t go.” Sebastian half-turned, and grabbed one side of Caleb’s rump, and motioned him to return. “Lie on top of me.”

“So I guess I’m not the only horny one?” Caleb lay back down, this time, putting his knees between Sebastian’s legs. “It’d be easier if you faced me. I can love you up.”

“No, I’m good like this.” Sebastian took Caleb’s arm and hooked it around his neck. Sebastian’s Adam’s apple was pressed against Caleb’s forearm and he could be held in a vise position by Caleb.

“Oh, yeah? So this is what you want?”

  Sebastian moaned. “Yes.”

With his left forearm around Sebastian, Caleb put his right hand over Sebastian’s mouth. Sebastian licked Caleb’s fingers and thumb. Caleb stuck his index finger in Sebastian’s mouth and Sebastian sucked it in, licking around it. Caleb ground his dick some more between Sebastian’s ass. “Grab the lube.”

Sebastian responded to Caleb’s command and leaned over to the nightstand and took the lube. He held it in his palm, waiting for further instruction.

“Put some lube on your dick, and then mine.”

Caleb heard the click of the top opening, and then the incontrovertible sounds of liquid squirting. Caleb rose up a little off Sebastian to position him better, and Sebastian took the cue and rose up on his knees. Caleb removed his arm around Sebastian, and Sebastian slicked some of the strawberry smelling liquid that Sebastian loved so much on Caleb’s dick as Caleb slowly jerked off Sebastian. Caleb inserted a digit into Sebastian’s hole, using some of the excess water-based lubricant for Sebastian’s pleasure.

Caleb kissed Sebastian’s back, as he masturbated Sebastian with one hand and finger fucked him with the other.

“Oh, shit, that feels good,” moaned Sebastian. Sebastian arched his back and tried to hump Caleb’s long finger as Caleb’s grip tightened on Sebastian’s dick, stroking from the bottom, then twisting a little when he got to the tip. “Fuck, I want to suck you.”

Caleb moved so Sebastian could lie on his back and Caleb sucked off Sebastian. He reinserted his finger into Sebastian’s hole, which swallowed it up.

  “Fuck my face,” whispered Sebastian.

Caleb brought his hard cock to Sebastian’s lips, and Caleb teased him, only allowing the tip to touch his mouth.

“God, it’s so beautiful,” whimpered Sebastian who opened his mouth.

Caleb obliged, and slid his dick into Sebastian, making sure not to go too far. He easily hit the back of Sebastian’s throat before he got half of his cock in, and stopped when Sebastian choked. Sebastian slapped Caleb’s ass, so Caleb slid his dick in again, and for the next few minutes Sebastian feasted, slurping on Caleb’s cock, tonguing around the tip, making wet sounds of love, while Caleb finger-fucked him. Caleb ignored the tears streaming from Sebastian, since Sebastian kept slapping Caleb’s ass to keep the pace of the face fucking.

Sebastian once told Caleb that they were tears of love, when Caleb worried he was too big for Sebastian and wanted to stop. Caleb couldn’t deny that all the moaning Sebastian made was bringing him closer to orgasm, but he always liked Sebastian to come first. He loved the way Sebastian’s eyes dilated when the lights were on, or how he made an ‘O’ with his mouth when they fucked missionary style. Or how Sebastian would pant afterward. He craved Sebastian’s way of milking Caleb’s dick when they fucked doggie style, like he couldn’t get enough of his cum in his ass, after they were both spent. He even liked it when Sebastian whined after Caleb would pull out, wishing Caleb would still remain hard, after Caleb had already orgasmed.

Right now, Caleb wanted to stick his dick in Sebastian’s fuck hole so bad. But he knew from last night’s fucking that Sebastian was probably still tender. Sebastian would never complain, but being versatile like Sebastian, he knew two nights of anal intercourse would be tough even for someone who begged for it as much as Sebastian did.

Sebastian’s moans got louder, the breathing more pronounced. “Ready to come?” asked Caleb.

  “Uh huh,” panted Sebastian.

Caleb stroked Sebastian’s dick faster while deepening the thrust of his finger in Sebastian’s hole. Sebastian’s legs shook, and Caleb opened his mouth, and licked the top of Sebastian’s dick, then tongued the very sensitive underside.

He heard Sebastian say, “Shit.” Caleb swallowed most of Sebastian’s cum, but some splattered on the sheets. Sebastian took Caleb’s out of his mouth and jerked him off but Caleb took over and slapped Sebastian’s face with it, jerked himself off in long strokes and as he was about to explode himself, stuck his cock in Sebastian’s mouth, who greedily sucked every drop. Caleb’s lightheadedness lasted a moment before he regained his senses. He recognized that he too was breathing hard.

Sebastian kissed Caleb’s softening dick, licking around the glans to make sure no sperm was left followed by licking and kissing down Caleb’s shaft, and balls. Caleb collapsed on the side of the bed after Sebastian was done.

Sebastian climbed on top of Caleb and kissed him on the mouth. “I think we need to clean up babe and get that smell of alcohol off of you.”

Caleb nodded and didn’t say anything, as Sebastian left the bed. Caleb allowed his gaze to follow Sebastian to the shower.

Man, my love has a nice ass.

  Chapter 8

“May I see your boarding pass, sir?”

“Sure.” Caleb showed the attendant the seat assignment with his free hand, while he held his carry-on in the other and his iPad tucked within the armpit of the occupied shoulder.

“This way, sir,” she gestured with her hand.

Caleb followed her and took the seat by the window. He threw his iPad and boarding pass in the empty seat next to him, and palmed open his iPhone.

Finally on the plane. He waited for Sebastian’s text and while he waited, he studied the pictures taken yesterday.

Caleb’s left thumb played with the wedding ring on his ring finger. Only twenty-four hours ago, and he had no jewelry. It felt foreign, but it fit just right. Now, he was taken. He had a husband.

And, here he was flying first class for the first time. All expenses paid by Tom Jacques Agency. He went through the pictures for what
seemed like the one-hundredth occasion, but he still couldn’t decide which one would be his wallpaper for his cell phone.

Some of the pictures had really good lighting, but as the sunset drew closer it was hard to see that the whole gathering of Joan, Garrison, Cujo, Sebastian’s mom, and Sebastian’s niece, Mindy, as well as Earl, were all wearing white shirts or blouses and khaki pants. The officiating minister wore her clerical purple robe. Sebastian had told her she didn’t have to wear it because the wedding was on the beach: at Washington Oaks Gardens, south of St. Augustine, with the Atlantic Ocean as part of the background. Both Sebastian and Caleb agreed to the short notice wedding at the place where Caleb proposed because it had a lot of significance for both of them.

The wedding had been a compromise of sorts. Instead of eloping, they decided to get a small, intimate group important to both Sebastian and Caleb. It wasn’t black tie, but it wasn’t a three-ring circus. The reception afterwards at their favorite restaurant, Columbia, in St. Augustine allowed them to project on the wall of the small area they had reserved just for them some choice photos of their past childhood for both Ginny, Earl, Cujo, Garrison and Joan to laugh about.

Finally, Caleb settled on a smiling photo of both of them. Sebastian and Caleb wore matching button-down white shirts, white pants, and Hawaiian leis around their necks. In this picture, they were clasping hands after the vows had been exchanged. Caleb played with the phone’s settings and saved the snapshot as his wallpaper.

Married to his best friend. Married to his lover. He looked at this wedding ring to make sure it was still there. He never wanted to take it off.

There was one video that he had from yesterday’s ceremony. Caleb had watched the video several times already but fast forwarded to the one spot he wanted to watch again. The minister had balanced barefoot on the coquina rocks. At one point, the pastor almost lost her balance as she shifted on the rocks, and would have fallen into the Atlantic Ocean behind her but for Sebastian and Caleb reaching out to hold her steady.

He chuckled. It was hilarious after all. It wouldn’t be funny if she fell, but still the way she made that face as she realized she was losing footing had been captured for posterity.

Caleb was going to watch the scene again but was interrupted.

  “Is this seat taken?”

Caleb cocked his head. In the most serious face he could muster, he spoke. “Sorry, but it’s saved for my husband.”

“Oh? Well, I guess I fit that description!” Sebastian smiled. “Sorry, honey, there was an actual line in the bathroom! Can you believe that?”

“You should’ve just come on the plane to use the one here.”

Sebastian reached over and kissed Caleb on the cheek. “I know, I know. But when you have to go, you have to go.” Sebastian peered out the window. “Looks like they’re still loading our luggage.” He stretched his legs out and remarked. “Wow, so this is what it’s like to fly first class. So much leg room.”

“You have to thank Tom for the seats. But, just do me a favor, don’t punch him out and get fired like you did your last job.”

“You mean, if he keeps hitting on you, just to let it go?”

“I can handle Tom. He’s got some meetings for me to go to. You are supposed to be my level-headed publicist, and public relations person.”

  “And your husband,” quipped Sebastian.

“Yes, and I’m yours.” Caleb smiled as he repeated the phrase, which was part of their vows the day before. “And we’ll squeeze in our honeymoon in between meetings. Statue of Liberty, One World Trade Center, maybe take in Jimmy Fallon or something.”

“There’s a photograph exhibit I think in one of the museums.”

Caleb held Sebastian’s hand. “Sure, we can do that! You can teach me more about art and photography.”

Sebastian rubbed his fingers over the top of Caleb’s large hand. “I’ll be glad to. Maybe we can find a good museum that has some Ansel Adams or Steichen.”

  “Who?” asked Caleb.

Sebastian laughed. “I’ll teach you.” Sebastian paused, then spoke again. “You think Tom can deliver on some of these modeling contracts?”

Caleb shrugged. “I sure hope so. He seemed pretty convinced I have one of the new soon-to-be-launched campaigns sewn up, but we’ll see.”

“The fragrance ad? You have to thank Joan for that, don’t you?”

Caleb laughed. “I guess I do. I did promise them we’d be right back before the 400 to help with anything. But, I have the feeling they’ll be fine.”

  “Yeah, they’ll be fine.”

“Do you think we, or maybe I should say, do you think I made the right decision?”

“You mean, not sticking to racing? Or racing with another family? If that’s your question, Caleb, then the answer is yes. Maybe in the future, you can go back. You never know what can happen a year from now, or two years. But, yeah, I think you’re making the right decision.”

“At least this time, we’re in it together. You and me. On the same team.”

The attendant who greeted Caleb earlier returned with two glasses of champagne. “Champagne?”

“Sure.” Sebastian handed one to Caleb and then grabbed a flute himself. “To my future with you, Mr. Caleb Rush-Youngblood.”

“And to a new future with you, Mr. Sebastian Rush-Youngblood.”

They both toasted, “Salut,” sipped, and then moved in for a kiss.

Caleb rubbed his nose against Sebastian’s, whose eyes twinkled. “I wasn’t too tough to tame, was I?” asked Caleb.

“Love tames all, babe. Love tames all,” said Sebastian as he leaned in for another kiss.

  THE END

  Crossroads

To my husband, Mark, for your constant support and love.

  Chapter 1

Caleb swallowed salt water and then spit it out in disgust. He lifted his head above the water; he knew his head had to be above the rolling waves. His arms burned from exhaustion. His legs churned to keep him afloat as he tried once again to swim parallel to break the undertow of the riptide. But no matter how hard he swam, he still couldn’t escape the sea’s grasp. It was as if the ocean wanted to trap him. He glanced at the shoreline. So close. Yes, so close. His surfboard crested several yards away, its leash underwater. If he ever reunited with his board, he’d have to check to see if the fin had cut the tether. Thunder rolled in the distance. If Caleb didn’t make shore soon, he’d be caught in a Florida lightning storm.

He moved again, taking long rhythmic strokes, but when he stopped swimming he hadn’t progressed anywhere closer. In desperation, he slapped the water. He eyed the shoreline again and then swam when the next wave came, pushing himself—no, willing himself to the beach. He swallowed some water and spit it out, but his body was heavy from exhaustion.

Something pulled him down underneath the waves and he instinctively closed his mouth. Bubbles escaped his nose. His body slacked. He willed his body to move, but it didn’t respond.

“Caleb, wake up. It’s just a dream.” He spun his head around to follow Sebastian’s voice. “Wake up honey,” Sebastian said again.

Caleb startled awake. His eyes fluttered open to see the alarm clock, his wristwatch, and wedding ring on the nightstand. Sebastian had squeezed Caleb’s arm then dropped his hand away from Caleb.

“You had another bad dream. Was it the same one?”

Caleb nodded. “Go back to sleep,” he voiced hoarsely. Sebastian didn’t have to be told twice because in a few minutes his breathing took on a deeper tone. Sebastian snored.

Caleb still had some packing to do before his flight left in a few hours but he didn’t want to get out bed. Sebastian intertwined his legs with Caleb’s, then shifted closer, forcing his head against Caleb’s arm and using it as a pillow. Caleb inched closer so Sebastian’s head now lay between the crook of his arm and his bare chest. Caleb kissed Sebastian’s forehead, the same forehead that several hours ago had been furrowed.

  On Sebastian’s ni
ghtstand were the pamphlets Sebastian had brought home. They were brochures from the local Big Brothers, Big Sisters organization and from an adoption agency.

The last couple of hours before they’d made love and gone to bed had been about Sebastian advocating—no actually pushing—to adopt and to volunteer at Big Brothers, Big Sisters. It had gotten so heated that Sebastian had called Caleb selfish for not even entertaining any of his ideas, only to apologize later after Caleb walked away from the conversation. The idea of volunteering didn’t scare Caleb, but the thought of becoming emotionally invested with a child, or a teenager did. And adopting? Just the whole premise of taking care of someone else other than Sebastian terrified him.

Not to mention the financial drain.

Caleb’s modeling contract was up for renewal and there were no signs from Tom about renewing it. Sure, Caleb had stashed some money away from the ad work for the cologne and watch adverts, but without more revenue coming in, they’d probably have to leave New York in three months’ time.

Maybe that’s why he kept having the same nightmare over and over. Maybe the universe was telling him something.

Caleb’s father showed no interest in having Caleb come back to race. Sebastian worked hard to get freelance jobs, but the money he made didn’t pay for the apartment they were renting in the city, much less the mortgage Caleb was still paying for their condo back home in Florida.

And money problems were only the tip of the iceberg. He and Sebastian had just recently started their married life together. He wasn’t ready to share it with a child or two. He wanted to share it with Sebastian. He didn’t know why Sebastian wanted to rush having kids.

Caleb kissed Sebastian’s nape. Wasn’t this enough?

Sebastian mumbled in his sleep and moved his head back on Caleb’s arm. Caleb tenderly fingered Sebastian’s hair.
